“ I normally am not one to write a bad review, but the absolute lack of customer service and actual "help" needs to be addressed. This dealership used to be great. I bought my Versa from here back in 2009 and both the buying experience and the service department were top notch. Fast forward to now, and it's absolutely horrible. My husband bought his Rogue from here a few years ago, and while the buying experience was fantastic, the service department is chaotic. He's had to bring in the Rogue on several occasions to fix the air conditioning, which to this day, is still not repaired. No one could give a straight answer to whether or not a part was covered under the so-called "lifetime" warranty, and, after making a service appointment, his car sat in their parking lot for 3 DAYS, essentially stranding him at home while I was working, and the vehicle still had not been looked at by a technician. He recently ran into another issue with the vehicle, and guess what, WE FIXED IT OURSELVES. Turns out YouTube and AutoZone are more dependable. I was even in the market for a new vehicle, and these experiences turned me off of World Car and Nissan's completely.Very happy with my choice to switch to Subaru and had an excellent experience there.Do better. ”

“ At first, experience was really good. Sales rep was super nice, very informative and knowledgable. We aligned on a car, ready to buy and planned on driving down to complete the purchase and pick up the car. We drove 120 miles down to pick it up...thinking that everything was ok. When we show up, they inform us that sadly, someone dented the tailgate of the car (substantial dent). Told us that it must have happened in the past two hours and no call to tell us this before making the trip down. They showed us a couple of other cars, but we wanted this color combo. GM came out and looked at the car, and said they would fix the dent. No additional discounts, nothing else. When I pushed for something, indicating that I was willing to work with them but needed more than just a fix, they said no. So, we walked. No calls, no apologies from management, NOTHING. Now for the silver lining, we traveled west and north along I-10 to another dealer just outside of San Antonio and ended up having a much better experience and bought a much more loaded car...so in a way I say thank you to World Car Nissan and their management team for being unethical and unprofessional. ”
